David A. Slater, M.D.
David A. Slater has been in Family Practice for over 20 years, taking care of patients in and around Irving, Grapevine, Coppell, Euless, Colleyville, Southlake, Westlake, Trophy Club and Dallas. Now, conveniently located in Addison, Dr. Slater introduces a new concept in healthcare with Whole Health Kinetix. He has always wanted to spend more time with his patients, provide customized one-on-one care, help people stay well vs. always treating acute symptoms.
Dr. Slater is a Dallas native, a graduate of Texas A&M University and UT Southwestern Medical School and values his family time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
Daniel R. Canchola, M.D.
Daniel R. Canchola is a Board Certified Family Practice physician with over 18 years of clinical experience. He is proud to be a part of Whole Health Kinetix and shares the enthusiasm of quality time spent with patient’s while providing comprehensive wellness care.
Dr. Canchola is a native Texan and graduate of Texas Tech University and UT San Antonio Medical School. He is married with twin boys.
Kimberly Johnson-Hamilton, APRN, FNP-C
Kim is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude after receiving her RN from Oklahoma State University. She received her Masters degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Kim has a well rounded nursing background with experience in oncology, research, family practice, hormone therapy, and aesthetics. She enjoys being active and is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, North Texas Nurse Practitioner Association, and the American Nurse Association. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake, working out, soaking up sunshine, and spending time with her family and friends. Specializing in the following areas:
